Human Decision Making & The Shopping Experience
Identify solution to support decision making and alleviated consumer pain points in three key moments of truth when shopping: Product Finding & Browsing, Product Try On, and Value Maximization. By Emily Cooney, Nikki Martonik, and Emalee SekelyMultitasking
People interact with mobile devices while performing (multi-tasking) other “real-world” tasks (e.g., driving, walking). Multi-tasking when using a mobile device impedes one’s ability to perform tasks. I researched how people use mobile devices while moving. I designed a smartphone device (and software) that does not restrict users’ vision or hinder their interactions or behavior when performing tasks in the “real-world”.
